Bridge Attends IALC Workshop

The International  Association of Language Centres was founded in 1983. Its aims are:

  • To  promote cultural and professional exchanges through the study of modern languages in the countries where they are spoken.

  • To represent and convey professionalism and expertise in the teaching of foreign languages.

  • To protect and maintain worldwide the existence of high quality independent language schools.

The 28th IALC  Workshop in 2011 took place in Shanghai and was hosted by Mandarin House Chinese language school. A total of 103 of the 110 IALC certified schools showcased their programs and facilities, with 105 agents flying in for a packed schedule of meetings, networking and evening entertainment.
This year the IALC Workshop will be hosted by Tamwood Language Centres, and will take place from Thursday, April 19th to Sunday, April 22nd at Toronto’s Westin Harbour Castle Hotel, where Bridge directors will be participating in the workshop’s events.
