For Carmen, <strong>these sessions make it possible to review progress, resolve doubts, and plan improvements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p> \u201cIt\u2019s key to come prepared with data on progress, continuity, learner feedback, and to open up an honest conversation.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Clear information, combined with a <strong>proactive approach, helps prevent roadblocks and keeps client and team expectations aligned.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Measuring to Improve\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the metrics Carmen monitors are <strong>attendance, completion rates, results from level assessments, and participation in activities such as <a href=\"https:\/\/bridge.edu\/languages\/en\/language-programs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BridgeConnect<\/a> or Conversation CoPilot<\/strong>. But she also values something less quantifiable: conversations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cMeetings with HR and feedback from learners allow us to quickly identify areas of opportunity and make any necessary adjustments.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lessons That Shape the Way We Work\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One experience that left her with a big takeaway was with a client whose attendance was low. <strong>They implemented a more direct communication strategy with learners and reinforced contact with HR<\/strong>.
