Over these four years, she has taught professionals from multiple countries and contexts, and she considers this cultural diversity one of the greatest gifts of her work:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cI really love teaching students from all over the world, they are always very enthusiastic to tell me about their countries, cultures, jobs, etc. Not only do I teach them, I learn a lot from my students too.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hyper-Personalization that Connects with Professional Reality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, Anastasia leads a Hyper-Personalized Learning (HPL) program for a multinational company. Here, her role goes beyond following a standard syllabus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cIn hyperpersonalized lessons I see my role as a guide and a speaking partner. The students are already familiar with the topic (it\u2019s just another language!) and my task is to give them the tools (e.g. useful phrases), lead them through the material and help play out work-related situations.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materials that Feel Personal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Working with content based on real company information makes an immediate difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cThe materials include activities that simulate work environment and it\u2019s beneficial for the learners. In the class we can role-play real situations, e.g. asking for updates, presenting results, writing emails. Moreover, the students have an opportunity to speak about their job more, throughout the entire lesson, which is impossible if we work with a standard coursebook.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The results are visible quickly: higher motivation, natural use of technical vocabulary and specific phrases, and more fluent communication when talking about their responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cThe reactions are mostly positive\u2026 the students start using work-related vocabulary, specific phrases and in general seem more confident while speaking about their job.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Value of Teacher Diversity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For Anastasia, Bridge\u2019s approach stands out for two reasons: the implementation of HPL and the diversity of its teaching team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cThe courses designed especially for one particular student is a totally different approach to learning. It shows a high level of engagement from Bridge, the teachers and the students. Moreover, I really admire the fact that Bridge hires teachers from all over the world who speak different languages and come from diverse cultural backgrounds. Listening to different accents is beneficial for the students, especially in business environment where English language is spoken as lingua franca.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips for Other Teachers in Corporate Programs\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anastasia recommends being empathetic and genuinely interested in learners\u2019 work:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cTry to remember everything the students share with you\u2026 The students like to see the teacher\u2019s involvement, it motivates them to share more which means more speaking practice.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>She also highlights the importance of developing soft skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cListen actively, ask follow-up questions, create friendly atmosphere in the class and share your own opinion and experience. During HPL do not be afraid to not to know specifics of your students\u2019 job. Ask for explanations, this will make them talk.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teaching with Intention and Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anastasia\u2019s story reflects Bridge\u2019s commitment to a teacher-first approach, where every class is designed with intention, relevance, and long-term vision.
