For <strong>Eduardo Sep\u00falveda<\/strong>, PMO at <strong>BHP,<\/strong> learning English with Bridge was a way to gain confidence and clarity to communicate with international teams and lead with greater impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Common Challenge: Understanding, but Not Engaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before starting his program, Eduardo faced a silent barrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI struggled to actively participate in meetings in English. Although I understood what was being said, I lacked the confidence to intervene or express my ideas clearly,\u201d he recalls.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>That lack of confidence not only affected his participation in conversations but also his daily productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cIt took me a long time to write emails in English, which ended up slowing down my tasks.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Visible Change: More Fluency, More Confidence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With the support of his teacher and Bridge\u2019s methodology, Eduardo began to see results from the first weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve significantly improved my confidence. I now feel more comfortable speaking in English, even in meetings with international colleagues. My fluency has improved, and I can have more natural conversations without relying too much on translations.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>This progress didn\u2019t go unnoticed. In recent meetings with colleagues from the United States and Australia, Eduardo felt the change:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cMy message was clear, my questions were well-received, and that gave me a lot of confidence.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More Than a Language: Leadership and Effective Communication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eduardo\u2019s learning went beyond the language itself. During the program, he also strengthened his communication and leadership skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI learned to structure my ideas better, be clearer and more direct. That has had a positive impact on my leadership within the team.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>At Bridge, this combination of fluency, confidence, and real-world application is what defines impactful learning: enabling professionals to use English as a strategic tool in high-level work contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning that Drives Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, Eduardo communicates confidently in multicultural environments, actively participates in global projects, and conveys his ideas with precision.
