Aunque el calendario comienza en enero, es despu\u00e9s de la temporada de vacaciones cuando se reactivan proyectos, vuelven las reuniones formales, se retoman los comit\u00e9s y se acelera la colaboraci\u00f3n con equipos y clientes internacionales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese retorno a la rutina, hay un desaf\u00edo que suele reaparecer con fuerza,&nbsp;y que no siempre est\u00e1 en el radar de RRHH:&nbsp;<strong>el uso del ingl\u00e9s en el trabajo<\/strong>.&nbsp;Durante el verano, el idioma queda en pausa para muchos colaboradores. Al volver a la normalidad, esa pausa se hace evidente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El \u201cefecto verano\u201d en el uso del ingl\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enero y febrero suelen ser meses at\u00edpicos. Hay menos reuniones, agendas m\u00e1s livianas, menor interacci\u00f3n con equipos globales y, en muchos casos, una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s reactiva que estrat\u00e9gica. El ingl\u00e9s se usa menos, especialmente de forma oral.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es que las personas \u201colviden\u201d el idioma, pero&nbsp;<strong>el m\u00fasculo del&nbsp;speaking&nbsp;se desentrena<\/strong>. Se pierde fluidez, rapidez mental y, sobre todo, confianza. En realidad, en muchos casos,&nbsp;<strong>el problema no es el conocimiento, sino la falta de continuidad<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ingl\u00e9s, especialmente en su dimensi\u00f3n oral, necesita uso frecuente. Despu\u00e9s de semanas de menor exposici\u00f3n, es natural que cueste volver al ritmo. Esto no habla de bajo desempe\u00f1o, sino de una habilidad que necesita ser reactivada gradualmente.&nbsp;Entender esta diferencia es clave para RRHH, porque define el tipo de respuesta que se ofrece.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El rol de RRHH en el inicio del a\u00f1o laboral&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Marzo es un mes estrat\u00e9gico para RRHH se ordenan prioridades, se lanzan planes de capacitaci\u00f3n y se definen expectativas para el a\u00f1o. En ese contexto, el ingl\u00e9s suele reaparecer como necesidad urgente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo,&nbsp;<strong>partir desde la exigencia o la presi\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;puede ser contraproducente.
