We are looking for a newly-qualified teacher to join our team in Sulmona, Abruzzo, from January 2023 to June 2023. We are a growing language academy with a small team of three people, two teachers and an admin assistant. Our team understands what it feels like to qualify as a teacher and then try to find your way in the ELT world. Responsibilities include:

Creating fun and interesting lessons based on our syllabus
Keeping students engaged in the learning process
Helping students become independent learners
Delivering online and face-to-face lessons to individuals and small groups (maximum 6 students)

Bachelors degree, preferably in Languages and/or Education
Proficiency in English (being a native speaker is not necessary!)
Trinity CertTESOL or CELTA certificate (or equivalent)
Legally eligible to work in Italy without a visa

Starting salary of €12 an hour
Minimum of 15 hours to start but this will increase
Paid holiday leave
Weekly meetings to help with lesson planning and activities
Regular opportunities to observe lessons and to be observed
The possibility to take regular Italian lessons
Help with the bureaucracy of living in Italy
