Welcome to the Bridge Education Group Affiliate Program! We are excited to partner with you to promote our industry-leading online TEFL/TESOL courses. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of our affiliate relationship. Our goal is to have a positive and productive partnership with affiliates who share our values and commitment to providing high-quality training and education to individuals interested in English language teaching worldwide. Please review this document carefully and let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to working with you!
- Definitions
- “Affiliate” – The company, organization or individual who participates in the Bridge Affiliate Program to earn commissions by promoting Bridge’s online TEFL/TESOL courses.
- “Bridge” – Bridge Education Group, Inc., the company that owns and operates the online TEFL/TESOL courses being promoted.
- “Course” – Any online TEFL/TESOL course offered by Bridge.
- “Enrollee” – An individual who enrolls in a Course after being referred by an Affiliate.
- “Commission” – The amount paid to the Affiliate based on a percentage of the Course fees paid by Enrollees referred by that Affiliate.
- “Affiliate Link” – The unique URL issued to the Affiliate to track referrals and attribute Enrollees.
- “Affiliate Portal” – The online platform where Affiliates can access their unique Affiliate Link, view performance data, and manage their account.

- Affiliates will promote Bridge Courses using their unique Affiliate Link to ensure proper tracking and crediting of Enrollees.
- Affiliates earn a 15% Commission on Course fees paid by referred Enrollees. Commissions are paid monthly.
- Bridge reserves the right to refuse any Affiliate application or terminate Affiliates who engage in unethical, illegal, or brand-damaging practices.
- Affiliates are expected to act with integrity and avoid deceptive marketing tactics or misrepresentations of Bridge or its Courses.
- Enrollment in Affiliate Program
To participate in the Bridge Affiliate Program, you must submit an application that is subject to review and approval by Bridge. We are looking for affiliates who:
- Have an engaged audience of potential English language teachers
- Produce high-quality, original content
- Share Bridge’s commitment to education and teacher development
- Will abide by all the terms of this agreement
Bridge reserves the right to refuse any Affiliate application at our sole discretion. Upon approval, you will receive access to the Affiliate Portal where you can obtain your unique Affiliate Link.
- Affiliate Disclosure
As an Affiliate, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Bridge on any website, social media post, or other content where you share your Affiliate Link or promote Bridge Courses. This disclosure must be in close proximity to the Affiliate Link and clearly communicate that you may receive compensation for purchases made through the link. Failure to properly disclose may result in termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of earned Commissions.
- Trademark Usage
Bridge grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Bridge trademarks and logos (collectively “Bridge Marks”) solely for the purpose of promoting Bridge Courses. Affiliates must use Bridge Marks in accordance with the Trademark Usage Guidelines (see Affiliate Portal for full guidelines). Affiliates may not modify Bridge Marks, use them in a misleading manner, or in connection with any objectionable content. Bridge may revoke this license at any time at its sole discretion. Affiliates agree not to register or use any domain names, social media handles, or other online aliases that include Bridge Marks.
- Promotional Methods
Affiliates must promote Bridge Courses in an ethical manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following promotional practices are strictly prohibited:
- Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
- Offering unauthorized incentives, discounts or rebates on Bridge Courses
- Bidding on Bridge branded keywords or using deceptive search ads
- Fake reviews, comments, or testimonials
- Misrepresenting the nature of Bridge Courses or expected outcomes
- Advertising on websites or apps that violate intellectual property rights or promote illegal activity
Affiliates are responsible for all costs associated with their promotional efforts. Bridge reserves the right to disqualify clicks, orders or Enrollees that it deems in its sole discretion to be in violation of these terms.
8. Rights and Obligations
Affiliate Rights:
- Earn Commission on qualifying Course purchases, tracked via your unique Affiliate Link
- Access the Affiliate Portal to view performance data and access promotional materials
- Receive prompt payment of earned Commissions within 35 days of month-end
Affiliate Obligations:
- Comply with these Affiliate Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws
- Provide accurate information in your Affiliate application and keep your account details up-to-date
- Properly disclose your affiliate relationship and use Bridge Marks appropriately
- Avoid prohibited promotional practices and act in Bridge’s best interests
Bridge Rights:
- Approve or reject any Affiliate application
- Change Affiliate Terms & Conditions, Commission rates, or Course prices at any time
- Monitor Affiliates for compliance and take action against violations
- Modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time
Bridge Obligations:
- Provide access to the Affiliate Portal and Affiliate Link upon approval
- Track referred Course purchases and accurately calculate Commissions
- Pay earned Commissions by the stated deadline
- Make promotional materials available to Affiliates
9. Warranties and Representations
By participating in the Bridge Affiliate Program, you represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age and authorized to enter this agreement
- You have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Affiliate Terms & Conditions
- Your website and promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You have all necessary rights to promote Bridge Courses and use the Bridge Marks
You agree to indemnify and hold Bridge harmless against any losses, damages or costs arising from your violation of these warranties or the Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
10. Payment Policy
- Affiliates earn a Commission equal to 15% of Course fees on qualifying Course purchases made via their unique Affiliate Link. Commissions are calculated based on the actual Course fees paid, net of any taxes, refunds or chargebacks.
- Commissions become eligible for payment 35 days after the date of course enrollment, to account for Bridge’s refund period. Bridge will remit payment to Affiliates for all eligible Commissions within 7 days after the Commission becomes eligible for payment (i.e., between 35 and 42 days after the date of course enrollment).
- Commissions are viewable in the Affiliate Portal and paid out by PayPal, based on the payment information provided by the Affiliate. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date in the Affiliate Portal (i.e., their PayPal payment email) and must notify Bridge of any changes at least 5 days prior to the next Commission payment date to ensure timely payment. Affiliates are responsible for any fees or currency conversion charges associated with their Commission payouts.
- Affiliates must provide Bridge with all necessary tax information (e.g., W-9, W-8) prior to receiving a total of USD 500 in Commission payouts and are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on Commission income. Bridge reserves the right to withhold Commission payouts until Affiliate provides required tax documentation.
- Tracking of Enrollees and calculation of Commissions are based on Bridge’s systems and data, which are final and binding. Bridge’s liability for unpaid Commissions is limited to the amount owed for the applicable period.
- Bridge’s standard refund policy applies to all Course purchases. In the event of a refund, the associated Commission will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance or from future Commissions. Bridge reserves the right to withhold or reverse any Commission that it deems fraudulent, suspicious or in violation of these terms.
11. Relationship of Parties
The relationship between Bridge and Affiliates is that of independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. Affiliates have no authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of Bridge.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bridge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program or these Terms & Conditions. Bridge’s total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the Commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Notices
Any notices required or permitted under this agreement shall be given in writing by email to the addresses provided in the Affiliate application or the Affiliate Portal. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to keep their contact information up-to-date.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Affiliate application and the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between Bridge and Affiliates and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Bridge may modify these terms at any time by posting the revised version in the Affiliate Portal or on its website.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Denver, Colorado.
17. Electronic Acceptance
By clicking the “Agree to our Terms and Conditions” checkbox during the Affiliate Program registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms & Conditions. You agree that your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as if you had signed a paper version of these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, do not click “Agree to our Terms and Conditions” and do not participate in the Bridge Affiliate Program.
