Residing in Slovenia as a Moroccan, my teaching journey at Bridge began in June 2021, backed by credentials like a CELTA, a 40-hour Grammar Advisor TEFL/TESOL Certificate, and a 60-hour Teaching Business English Certificate. Holding an Engineering Degree in Automation and Industrial Computing from Morocco, I infuse my non-native English speaker background into a teaching philosophy rooted in immersion and understanding individual needs. Cultural integration is a cornerstone, as I encourage students to link lessons to their own cultures, share personal stories, and explore authentic materials. I foster inclusivity through diverse teaching tools, including games, differentiation, visual aids, collaborative learning, and interactive technology. This approach creates an engaging and enjoyable learning atmosphere, emphasizing mutual cultural understanding and language development.
