What’s New at Bridge: BridgeConnect, HR Portal 2.0, and More

Diverse team of professionals smiling next to Bridge updates: BridgeConnect, HR Portal 2.0, Bridge Platform, and Rescheduling 2.0

At Bridge, we are driven by a clear purpose: making learning, teaching, and managing language training programs an experience that exceeds expectations. This year we’ve taken important steps to achieve that goal, and today we want to share the updates that are already enhancing flexibility, personalization, and the impact of our corporate training.

BridgeConnect: More Options, More Learning

With the launch of BridgeConnect, we created a learner experience designed for each individual to shape their own learning path. Now, learners can choose live classes of 25 or 50 minutes, available every day of the week, at different times, with the freedom to make multiple bookings and plan ahead.

The choices don’t stop there: each class can be selected by topic, schedule, duration, or teacher. Learners can also track their remaining hours or minutes at any time. This means more autonomy, optimized scheduling, and the ability to progress at their own pace—without losing consistency or quality.

Learner & Teacher Platform 2.0: A New Digital Home for Learning and Teaching

Our platform for learners and teachers has been completely redesigned to offer a more modern, intuitive, and functional environment. Imagine entering a space where everything you need is just one click away: a new homepage with all the essential information for your classes, a monthly calendar with clear visibility of upcoming sessions, and a centralized hub for materials and additional resources.

This is more than a visual upgrade—it’s a real improvement in the daily experience, designed to ensure that every minute spent on the platform translates into effective, well-supported learning.

HR Portal 2.0: Metrics and Transparency for Impactful Decisions

For HR teams, precise and clear information is key to maximizing the value of training. The new HR Portal 2.0 takes visibility to the next level, with a more intuitive interface and advanced analytics sections for detailed progress tracking.

Now it’s possible to monitor level advancement, measure participation through attendance hours and completed exercises, access satisfaction indicators, generate customizable reports, and review LinguaLevel assessment results by participant. Everything is designed to support data-driven decision-making, saving time and improving ROI.

Rescheduling 2.0: Because Your Time Matters Too

We know last-minute changes are inevitable. With Rescheduling 2.0, rebooking a class is as simple as selecting a new time directly in the platform, keeping the same teacher if available (or receiving an automatic reassignment), and confirming the change in seconds.

This new flow—aligned visually and functionally with the rest of the platform—removes unnecessary steps, avoids external processes, and ensures a seamless learning experience, even when schedules shift.

Always One Step Ahead

BridgeConnect, the new Learner & Teacher Platform, HR Portal 2.0, and Rescheduling 2.0 are more than just updates—they are proof of our commitment to continuous innovation and improvement. These enhancements give learners more autonomy and choice, provide teachers with more efficient tools, and equip HR teams with the data they need to maximize results. At Bridge, every change is designed to make corporate language training more flexible, effective, and motivating for everyone.
