Common questions
How large are BridgeTeams groups?
Typically four learners per class, formed by proficiency level so every participant speaks in every session. Your proposal specifies group sizes for your program.
How is this different from BridgeConnect?
BridgeConnect classes bring together learners from many companies in an open class calendar. BridgeTeams groups are private to your organization, follow a fixed schedule, and run a curriculum built around your industry and goals.
Can the curriculum reflect our industry and terminology?
Yes — that’s the heart of the program. Through LinguaBuild™, classes are built from your sector’s vocabulary, your document types, and the situations your teams face, from mining operations to financial services.
What does HR receive during the program?
Monthly consolidated reporting: attendance, engagement, and CEFR level progression by learner, group, and department, ready to share with leadership.
How quickly can a program start?
At your pace. Proposal, LinguaMap™ assessment, and group scheduling are sequenced around your decision timeline — the program can move quickly when you’re ready, and never rushes you there.
Can training funds help finance the program?
In Chile, BridgeTeams programs can be arranged with company or OTIC financing under SENCE. Bridge is experienced with the requirements, and your proposal can be structured accordingly. Ask our team about training-fund options in your country.
How is BridgeTeams priced?
Each program is quoted to its design — group count, session cadence, and curriculum scope. Your proposal includes complete pricing with no additional fees.
A program with published results
Bridge measures what its programs deliver. In a study co-published with Pearson, learner outcomes across Bridge corporate programs were assessed against the Global Scale of English — the same curriculum and teaching standard behind every BridgeTeams group.
Among the 248 learners studied, course duration emerged as the strongest predictor of progress — and consistent participation is precisely what the BridgeTeams structure is built to sustain: fixed schedules, familiar groups, and colleagues advancing together.
