In Cartagena, known as the capital of talent, a new edition of the ACRIP CIGEH 2025 Symposium was held—an event that brought together leaders, brands, and organizations from across Latin America to reflect on the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of work.

Over two days, the HR Top Leaders community shared experiences, learnings, and visions on how technology, innovation, and human leadership are transforming talent management in the region. Beyond the topics, the event stood out for its spirit of collaboration and a common conviction: that people development is the driving force behind business progress.

A Clear Purpose: Strengthening Human Capital

At the opening of the second day, ACRIP Bolivar’s Executive Director, Raúl Zuleta, participated in the plenary session, sharing the purpose that guides ACRIP Bolívar’s work: serving the region’s business network by supporting leaders who cultivate the human capital of organizations.

His intervention reinforced the importance of creating spaces where the Human Resources community can connect, learn, and lead with purpose.

The Prominence of Young Talent

One of the most outstanding aspects of this edition was the organizing team, made up of eight young professionals who led the logistics and execution of the event. Their commitment, enthusiasm, and attention to detail demonstrated that new generations are already making a difference in talent management and in creating high-impact learning spaces.

At Bridge, the active participation of young people in key roles is valued and supported, promoting emerging leadership and diverse perspectives within the business ecosystem.

Bridge Present in the Conversation About the Future of Talent

Bridge actively participated in the Symposium, represented by Natalia Bustos, Senior Account Executive, along with Carolina Urrea and Diego Cantura, Account Executives from the corporate team.

During the sessions, the Bridge team had the opportunity to connect with HR leaders, share best practices, and present the linguistic training approach and global skills development that the organization promotes throughout the region.

Bridge’s presence at events such as the ACRIP Symposium reinforces its commitment to the development of human talent, not only through language teaching but also through the integral development of the skills that make global collaboration possible.

The Human Factor in the Jobs of the Future

The second day of the Symposium featured the participation of Bridge’s Top Speaker, Sergio Méndez, who presented the conference “The Jobs of the Future Are Now of the Present.”

His presentation offered a deep look at how automation, artificial intelligence, and new work models are transforming the competencies that companies require. Amid technology, the event reaffirmed that the human factor will continue to be the element that distinguishes organizations capable of adapting and thriving.

A Meeting that Promotes Community and Learning

The ACRIP 2025 Symposium is thus consolidated as one of the most relevant platforms for connection, learning, and the development of human capital in Latin America.

At Bridge, the commitment is reaffirmed to continue actively participating in spaces that promote professional growth, collaboration among companies, and the strengthening of talent in the region.

Cartagena left not only learnings but also the satisfaction of having shared with a community committed to the development of people and the future of work.

Because the jobs of tomorrow begin with the skills we cultivate today.
