Getting to Know Daniela, Learner Experience Manager at Bridge: How We Make Learning English a Human and Close Experience

Portrait of Daniela Solis, Learner Experience Manager at Bridge.

Several years ago, Daniela Solis joined Bridge as an English teacher, motivated by the opportunity to accompany students from different countries in their professional development. Over time, her vocation for continuous learning and personalized support led her to join the Teacher Experience area, and later, the Learner Experience team, where she now leads the accompaniment of students throughout their learning journey.

“My role at Bridge began as a teacher. Then I moved to the Teacher Experience area, where I supported teachers, and I am currently part of the Learner Experience team, helping students have a warm and human experience when learning English,” explains Daniela.

Human Support at Every Step

For Daniela, one of Bridge’s main differentiators is its human approach to support.

“While many companies delegate this part to automated systems or artificial intelligence, we prioritize immediate action and closeness,” she says.

The team is characterized by proactive management: when a student faces an issue or leaves a negative comment, the situation is analyzed, discussed, and a joint solution is sought.

“That ability to respond quickly and personally creates trust and emotional support, something students deeply value,” she highlights.

Building Trust and Effective Communication

Trust, Daniela affirms, is built through clear and timely communication.

“Students know that when they write to our Help Center, their requests are heard and handled with priority,” she notes.

In most cases, the team manages to resolve issues within the first 24 hours, ensuring continuity in learning.

“This consistency generates a sense of security and transparency, where they know they can always count on us.”

In addition to language skills, students develop teamwork, assertive communication, and confidence to express themselves in professional settings. They also strengthen adaptability and critical thinking—competencies that directly impact their personal and professional growth.

Personalized and Relevant Learning

According to Daniela, the value of learning today lies in its relevance and personalization.

“Companies and students are looking for personalized and meaningful learning experiences, very different from traditional approaches full of assessments and rigidity,” she explains.

At Bridge, each session is adapted to students’ needs, goals, and pace, allowing language learning to be relevant to their professional and daily contexts.

“That flexibility and practical focus make English stop being an abstract goal and become a real tool for growth.”

Daniela’s Advice for Learners

“We know that sometimes issues can arise, especially when working with technology, so what motivates us most as a team—and for me personally—is to offer support, quick responses, and empathy in every interaction.”

Her work reflects the essence of the Learner Experience team: a combination of empathy, efficiency, and continuous support that transforms every interaction into an opportunity for growth.
