Matt Sussman
Matt Sussman is the CEO and Co-founder of FLOW Speak, an AI-powered platform that helps learners build English speaking confidence for career success. With over 25 years of experience in international education and cultural exchange, Matt began his career as an English teacher in Japan and most recently served as Executive Director of the Fulbright Scholarship Program in Japan from 2013 to 2021. Matt has been invited to speak at various conferences and events, addressing topics such as artificial intelligence in education, methodologies in English speaking improvement, and the intersection of study abroad and career development. Outside of work, he enjoys making banana waffles and surfing with his kids.
César Flores
César Flores is an English teacher from Mexico with five years of experience in Business English and high‑school General English. His work focuses on building communicative confidence, supporting exam preparation, and helping learners understand English as a global language. He has developed a flexible teaching career that spans in‑person, online, and independent instruction, strengthened by ongoing professional development, specialized certifications, and graduate studies in TEFL. Passionate about curriculum design and adaptable teaching practices, César creates learning experiences that prepare students to thrive in an increasingly global and dynamic educational landscape.
Fatima Zahra
I’m Fatima Zahra, an English teacher originally from Morocco and now based in Europe. I taught at the British Council in Morocco and have been part of Bridge Education Group since 2021. I come from a background in Automation Engineering and Industrial IT, but I later transitioned into teaching and earned my CELTA, along with multiple TEFL certifications, including IELTS preparation and Business English. My teaching approach is shaped by my experience as a non-native speaker, focusing on immersion, individualized support, and real-world communication, with a strong emphasis on cultural integration.
Alecsander Piazza
Alecsander Piazza is a passionate English teacher and coach who believes learning should be both meaningful and enjoyable. After beginning his career teaching children, he successfully transitioned into the field of Business English, where he helps professionals communicate with clarity and confidence. Fluent in four languages, Alecsander uses his multilingual experience to guide students in expressing themselves naturally in English. Dedicated to lifelong learning, he has completed more than 440 hours of TEFL/TESOL certification with Bridge and continues to expand his expertise. He also leads information sessions to help aspiring teachers find the Bridge certification course that best fits their goals.
