Lada Miloslava Nikodem, English Teacher

Lada, originally from South Africa and currently residing in the Czech Republic, holds various qualifications, including TESOL and TEFL Certification, a diploma in Public Relations and Computer Programming, an LLB Degree, and a Master in Business Administration. Having joined BridgeEnglish in October 2023, she is relatively new to the organization. In teaching Business English, Lada incorporates real-world scenarios by staying updated on students’ company news and discussing relevant topics. She utilizes resources like flashcards, pictures, and interactive games such as Bamboozle and Kahoot to enhance the learning experience. Overcoming challenges, she focuses on ensuring students feel a sense of accomplishment through techniques like the round-robin approach and self-evaluation questionnaires. Valuing feedback, Lada actively seeks students’ thoughts on their progress, emphasizing continuous improvement.
