Adriana Casarotti, English Teacher

Adriana is Brazilian, residing in Santiago, Chile, holding degrees in Psychology, Educational Psychology, and pursuing an unfinished Ph.D. in Hispanic Philology. She believes in integrating culture into language teaching, drawing parallels between Spanish and the cultures of Chile, Cuba, and Venezuela. She encourages students to share aspects of their lives, work, and culture in Portuguese. Her teaching philosophy centers on connecting language to the student’s reality, incorporating personal interests into the curriculum. To achieve this, she utilizes multimedia tools like apps, YouTube, and interactive documents.
