I am British from the United Kingdom. I live in Merida, in the south-east of Mexico. I started with Bridge English on May 15th, 2024. I adapt my teaching according to the degree of critical thinking a student is able to express in English. Whatever the level, the objective is to have the student see value in what she or he is learning. I have owned various businesses and I see the value in being able to communicate in business settings. I go into the students’ work settings, or areas of interest with them and have them identify, practise and independently use the types of communication required, in role plays and simulations.
