Alex Bricker creates fun educational tools which help English learners get the skills they need to succeed in life. He is passionate about helping teachers and their students get ‘aha’ moments through their educational journey. Alex has been teaching English through paid and volunteer roles for over 16 years and is the founder of www.ESLWithPurpose.com and Phrase It brand games.

Sarah Lutz is an English Language professional with over 12 years’ experience working at community programs, intensive English schools, and universities. She earned an MA TESOL degree from Brigham Young University and she has taken on roles as an English instructor, student life advisor, DSO, and assistant director of Selnate International School. Within these roles she has also gained substantial experience in developing curriculum and language assessment. She enjoys engaging language learners with interactive tasks, collaborative games, and activities.

Erin Shaw Hernandez is an experienced TESOL professional with expertise ranging from teaching in the classroom to owning and operating an accredited language school. She received a MA TESOL degree from Brigham Young University, and has extensive experience in curriculum and program development, teacher training, language assessment and program marketing.
