About

Feeling uncertain is a normal part of teaching, whether you’re preparing for your first class, stepping into a new teaching context, or refining your skills as an experienced educator. Confidence doesn’t come from having all the answers; it comes from knowing what to do in the moments that matter most.

In this BridgeVoices webinar, we’ll break down the core teaching moves that consistently help English teachers feel more confident and in control – across online and in-person classrooms, with children or adults, and in group or one-to-one lessons.

Drawing on Bridge’s experience training and supporting teachers worldwide, this session focuses on what confident teaching looks like in practice and how you can apply these strategies immediately to your own classes. You’ll leave with clear, actionable techniques to help you start lessons with authority, manage learner uncertainty, respond to challenges calmly, and teach with greater assurance in any context.
