Jamie Gajewski is an American-Australian educator who has been teaching abroad and online since 2010. She has taught both English and dance in six different countries (Spain, France, the US, Australia, Egypt, and Costa Rica) as well as online on Outschool, Allschool, and Cambly and as a freelancer. She has a US teaching certificate, a Master’s in Bilingual Education, and a CELTA certificate. Jamie helps new teachers navigate English teaching in foreign countries and/or online through her YouTube channel – ESL Teacher 365 – private coaching, and online courses. She is passionate about inspiring others to live a life of teaching, travel, and adventure.

Tamires Gama has been involved in ELT for over 12 years and has acted as a teacher trainer, speaker, presenter, materials writer, and teacher for students with different levels of proficiency. She has been teaching English online for six years and runs her own online English school, Simplifica Inglês. She is passionate about the use of technology in the classroom and continues to study gender and race and how to design more inclusive lessons. Tamires has a B.A. in Languages from USP and a TESOL certificate from the University of Anaheim in California. She also has a C2 Proficiency, CELTA, and Train the Trainer certification from Cambridge, as well as a Teacher Trainer certification from Troika Leadership School.

Erin Shaw Hernandez is president of Selnate International School, an online English language program based in Provo, Utah. She has traveled throughout South America and Europe and been working with English language programs as a teacher and administrator for over 10 years. She received BA Linguistics and MA TESOL degrees from Brigham Young University, and has extensive experience in curriculum and program development, teacher training, language assessment and program marketing.
