About

You’ve earned your TEFL certification. Now what?

For many teachers, certification is just the beginning. The real growth happens in what you build next – deeper skills, strategic specialization, and intentional career direction.

In this live BridgeVoices panel, you’ll hear from experienced teachers who made deliberate next moves in their careers. Rather than abstract advice, they’ll share what made them realize it was time to grow, what they intentionally built or changed, and what their first 30 days looked like when they decided to take the next step.
