She is the Founder of the Eduling Speak app, which offers specialized English courses based on communicative tasks and games. As an author, she has published four language learning books and three children's books. As a researcher, she has her research published in high impact journals. Her professional experience also involves working as the Director of the English Language Program at Chatham University for 12 years, serving as an English Language Specialist with the U.S. Department of State, working at Shorelight as a senior research analyst, and being Chief Learning Officer of Pangea Chat.

Tetiana (Tanya) Lesyk is a Cambridge-certified ELT educator and teacher trainer, phonetician, neurolanguage coach, and international speaker (IATEFL, BESIG, PRONSIG) with over 23 years of experience. She specializes in Business English and British English Pronunciation. Having lived and worked in London and spent 11 years in a Dutch bank (corporate sales, interpreting, sales & negotiations), Tetiana uniquely combines real-world business expertise with ELT. She teaches adults individually and in corporate settings, and runs her own British English Pronunciation Course. Passionate about empowering learners, she helps English users and teachers boost fluency, confidence, intelligibility and communication skills for global success.

Shélynn (Shé) Riel is an international English language educator, teacher trainer, and podcaster with a Master's in TESOL and over 15 years of experience. She serves as Bridge's Expert Series Moderator and an instructor in Bridge's graduate-level TEFL program, the IDELTOnline™. Throughout her career, Shey has held leadership roles in curriculum development and program administration at U.S. universities and non-profits, facilitated digital exchanges for global English teachers, and delivered professional development workshops in Argentina, Bangladesh, and China.
