Panelists

Susana Galante
is an educator with 40 years of experience, focusing on Digital Pedagogy and Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) for the past 15. Holding an MA in Educational Technologies, she is a lecturer, teacher trainer, consultant, and coach. She teaches Digital Literacy and innovative pedagogy at the B.Ed English Teaching programme, and coordinates AI implementation by lecturers at Shaanan Academic College. A pioneer in remote teaching and COIL- she has led numerous cross-cultural virtual exchanges for students at all levels of the educational system and supported transformational processes among faculty. She is editor-in-chief of IATEFL LTsig's newsletter.

Bob Nguyen
Bob Nguyen has taught English language skills for over a decade in different contexts such as US, Japan, Ethiopia, and Türkiye. He graduated from the California State University of Sacramento with an MA in TESOL in 2019, served in Peace Corps Ethiopia as an Education Volunteer, and recently returned from the English Language Program hosted by Ege University in Izmir, Türkiye where he taught pre-service teachers and conducted professional development training. Currently he is working at Saddleback College where he creates inclusive learning environments that fosters academic skills, well-being, creativity, and community-building using digital educational tools to support students.

Shélynn Riel
Shélynn (Shé) Riel is an international English language educator, teacher trainer, and podcaster with a Master's in TESOL and over 15 years of experience. She serves as Bridge's Expert Series Moderator and an instructor in Bridge's graduate-level TEFL program, the IDELTOnline™. Throughout her career, Shey has held leadership roles in curriculum development and program administration at U.S. universities and non-profits, facilitated digital exchanges for global English teachers, and delivered professional development workshops in Argentina, Bangladesh, and China.
