Natalia Bustos
Natalia Bustos is Director of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service at BridgeEnglish LATAM. She is an English Teacher and has a degree in Public Relations but most of her experience has been related to support and guide companies in the development of their language training plans and the improvement of language learning experiences for adult professionals at BridgeEnglish
Tahnee Bucher
Tahnee Bucher holds a master’s degree in TESOL and a Certificate in University Teaching from West Virginia University and a PhD in Second Language Acquisition and Teaching from the University of Arizona, with a focus on language assessment. She has over 18 years’ experience in language teaching, a career that began in her home country, Brazil, where she taught English as a Foreign Language for six years prior to moving to the United States. She is currently the Assessment Coordinator at the Center for English as a Second Language (CESL), University of Arizona. In this capacity, she is involved in achievement testing at the classroom level, placement testing for different CESL programs, and proficiency testing for undergraduate and graduate admission purposes.
Adam-Lucas Pettit
Adam-Lucas Pettit has worked in international student recruitment for over a decade at Loughborough University, City, University of London, and University of Hertfordshire. In his current role as head of university partnerships at Password Testing, he supports over 200 universities worldwide with their in-house testing, enabling them to recruit and retain international students.

Erin Shaw Hernandez is an experienced TESOL professional with expertise ranging from teaching in the classroom to owning and operating an accredited language school. She received a MA TESOL degree from Brigham Young University, and has extensive experience in curriculum and program development, teacher training, language assessment and program marketing.
