SUPERVISOR: Executive Director
CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time—20 hours/week.
This position is responsible for coordinating and executing multiple marketing, outreach and promotional activities locally and internationally in a well-established, mission-driven and ethical English Language Learning Program toward the end of increasing the enrollment leads of adult international students. As the main person responsible for increasing enrollment in the school, this position will use clearly identified sales channels and marketing efforts to meet targeted enrollment goals for ALPS programs. This person’s performance is measured on accomplishment of overall objectives and goals set by the key stakeholders at ALPS.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic enrollment plan and facilitate enrollment goals for designated programs.
Execute sales, marketing and recruiting activities for programs.
Quickly become proficient in knowledge of each program at ALPS.
Participate in the developing and maintaining of marketing materials including marketing and social media content, letters, brochures and fliers, etc.
With the aim of generating leads, develop and maintain community and organizational relationships that will assist in the program development and recruitment of students; connect with organizations, service organizations, and businesses for the purpose of recruiting students; develop and maintain relationships within target markets.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key professional groups in the target markets, and participate in networking functions as assigned (likely virtual).
Prepare and maintain records and reports related to assigned activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This part-time (20 hours/wk) position is salary + commission. The salary is $24,000, with base commission at plan of $24,000. Earning potential uncapped.

Hours of Employment:
This is a part-time position. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor based on 20 hours/week. Hybrid work: 50% in office, 50% remote. Accommodating other time zones will require occasional work outside traditional business hours; however, international travel is not a part of this position.

Skills and Qualifications:
Facilitate and drive performance with agent partners both national and international
Cold outreach experience strongly preferred—all platforms: phone, e-mail, social media, text, etc.
Experience using a CRM system (especially Hubspot) strongly preferred
Effective one-on-one and small group oral communication skills
Strong professional writing skills
Strategic planning ability
Demonstrated experience in independent task management while meeting accountability standards
Proven ability to meet individual goal requirements while working in a team environment
Competency with technology: Zoom, G-Suite, MS Office, WhatsApp, text, Facebook Business Manager, WeChat, Line, etc.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
