Weekly Working Hours
Entry Level ESL Teaching Position:
Must be a Native English speaker with or completing an Associate/Bachelor degree;
Teaching experience preferred but not a required.
Hourly pay rate for this group is 18 – 22USD per hour
Expert Level ESL Teaching Position:
Must be a Native English speaker from the USA or Canada, with a Bachelors degree
TEFL/TESOL certification and with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
The hourly pay rate for this group is 22 – 28USD per hour.
●1 KPI – Monthly Performance
If the teacher gets 85% score out of 100 on his/her monthly evaluation, he/she is entitled to KPI bonus which is 5% of his/her monthly salary.
●Basic Rate Increment
Once a teacher reached 500 teaching hours, the hourly rate will increase by $1.
