Heather is currently serving as the Head of Learning Experiences at Learnlight. A passionate Ed-Tech career professional, Heather leads the teams responsible for portfolio and product development. She is driven to ensure that all learners have a seamless people-powered experience that is enhanced by the latest technologies to accelerate their studies.
Karina Zew
Karina Zew has been teaching English for over 30 years. She has taught all ages, ranging from three to 83, in schools, companies and institutes. Karina has also been a lecturer in several conferences about language learning and has developed material for special courses. She was the head trainer of Bridge’s IDELT course in Buenos Aires for over 10 years and is currently a TEFL Online tutor for Bridge, helping hundreds of teachers all over the world improve their teaching skills.
Natalia Bustos
Natalia Bustos is Director of Regional Accounts at BridgeEnglish LATAM. She is an English Teacher and has a degree in Public Relations but most of her experience has been related to support and guide companies in the development of their language training plans and the improvement of language learning experiences for adult professionals at BridgeEnglish.
Shelynn Riel
Shélynn Riel is Bridge's Expert Series Moderator and regularly contributes articles and ELT news reports to the BridgeUniverse blog. She has served as an English language instructor for over a decade, a program coordinator in both university and community-based programs, and an English Language Fellow with the U.S. Department of State. Her interests include holistic teacher development, learner identity, and decolonial ethics in the language classroom. She is the co-creator of The Teacher Think-Aloud Podcast, which focuses on reflective practices for teachers around the world.
