Cassy Huidobro
Cassy Huidobro is Bridge’s Instructional Design and eLearning Specialist, where she applies her background in education and passion for teaching to the development of training courses that empower global English language teachers. She recently helped launch the innovative Content and Language Integrated learning (CLIL) program for bilingual educators, and continues to collaborate on new courses every day, furthering Bridge’s mission to provide teachers worldwide with accessible, internationally recognized professional development credentials.
Sharon Tavares
Sharon Tavares is a learning developer at IKEA, where she collaborates on global teams to design and develop digital learning solutions for thousands of retail coworkers. She believes learning should never be boring and is on a mission to shake things up. Before switching to the corporate world, Sharon spent 10 years facilitating, designing, and evaluating instructional materials for ESL teachers and students. She has worked as a senior teacher mentor at VIPKID, digital instructional designer at EDUKAN, and director of teacher training and curriculum design at CreaGenius. Sharon holds a master's degree in TESOL and is an IDOL Academy alumni. Sharon currently resides in the south of Sweden with her husband and three children in a home full of languages, books, and IKEA furniture.
Dr. Dawn Lee DiPeri
Dr. Dawn Lee DiPeri has taught graphic design, new media, and communications courses in multiple modalities and has worked as a learning designer for Harvard Graduate School, Brighter Higher Ed and ONEHE. She recently published “Graphic Design for Course Creators. Visually appealing, digitally accessible courses.” Dr. Dawn Lee DiPeri is currently a global digital content management specialist for the Learning Passport at UNICEF where she helps create, curate and localize educational materials to some of the most underserved children in the world. She is also Vice President of East End Advertising, a graphic and instructional design agency.
Erin Shaw Hernandez
Erin Shaw Hernandez is an experienced TESOL professional with expertise ranging from teaching in the classroom to owning and operating an accredited language school. She received a MA TESOL degree from Brigham Young University, and has extensive experience in curriculum and program development, teacher training, language assessment and program marketing.
