Ricardo Cezar is an English teacher and a teacher trainer based in Brazil, and he has been involved in ELT since 2003. He is certified by Cambridge Assessment English with both the Celta and the Train the Trainer certificates. He has been running his own language school, Friends Language Center, in Uruaçu-GO since 2010. Ricardo is an active member of BRAZ-TESOL, the largest teachers’ association in Brazil, and has delivered a number of talks and workshops in their chapters and conferences. He has also been a speaker at other conferences organized by international associations, such as ELT Ireland, ITTA Turkey and TOP ELT Iran. Ricardo has devoted the past two years to helping other English language teachers become more confident in teaching pronunciation.

Karen Taylor de Caballero is an educational consultant and trainer. She holds a Master’s Degree in TESOL from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BA in English Literature from Georgetown University. She has taught extensively in the Washington, DC area, as well as in Namibia and Mexico, where she served as a Fulbright TEFL Specialist. Karen is co-author of the Color Vowel Chart and co-founder of English Language Training Solutions, an education training company dedicated to empowering teachers, learners, and our society at large with phonological awareness for effective English language learning and cross-cultural understanding.

DJ Kaiser is a Professor and the Director of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. The program he directs currently serves approximately 400 TESOL students annually in Uzbekistan, Greece, and the USA, as well as online. With more than two decades in the field of English Language Teaching, he has delivered presentations, workshops, and seminars on language instruction, teaching pronunciation, language planning and policy, technology for education, and program development throughout the United States and in Mexico, Canada, China, Thailand, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Spain, Greece, Holland, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, and Ecuador.
