We are a genuine company deeply committed and enthusiastic about international travel and exchange. Our journey began in late 2017 with a well-defined vision: to simplify international exchange and travel by crafting the finest teach-abroad and study-abroad programs. Our aim was to bridge the gap between adventurers and their overseas destinations. We continue striving for this goal to this day, offering the #1 Teach English Abroad program in Spain. Our program is unique because our team is unique. We understand people and what they want out of a teach-abroad experience, so we tailor the program to cater to their specific needs. Each team member has a minimum of two passports or holds residency in multiple countries across the globe. International exchange is our passion!

The school placements and interactions with local schools in Spain are fully overseen and managed by the regional governments. Simultaneously, RVF International provides comprehensive support to applicants during every stage of the application, placement, visa and residency processes, as well as support in everyday matters.

We streamline things and provide customized program support for all applicants, allowing you to maximize the benefits of teaching English in Spain.

School assignment fully managed by Regional Authorities*
Four-day work week in most regions (typically Mondays or Fridays free)
Work between 12 – 14 hours per week in smaller regions such as Extremadura or La Rioja, and work between 16 – 20 hours per week in larger areas such as Madrid or Valencia
Monthly stipend between €800EUR to €1000EUR depending on the region (the stipend will be equivalent to a very competitive Spanish salary, and you also won’t be paying income tax on what you’re paid)
Free private health insurance is guaranteed by the regional government where you’ll be teaching
Option to teach again for a back-to-back second year

*It is likely program participants will receive a school assignment in one of their region placement preferences, although it cannot be guaranteed. Nor can placement in specific cities within the region, the size of the city, the number of schools, or school type (Preschool, Elementary School, Middle School, High School) be guaranteed. Although these requests are often accommodated, it is not something that can ever be guaranteed.

We encourage everyone to approach the placement process with patience and an open mind. Spain is a uniquely beautiful country with so much to offer, in regions and cities both large and small!

General Requirements

Must hold a passport from one of the following countries: U.S.A., Canada, Australia, New Zealand
Must hold at least an associate’s or bachelor’s degree
Those applying from Australia and New Zealand must hold, or obtain before the program begins, a Bachelor’s Degree in order to be eligible to teach English internationally.
Must have an adventurous and independent spirit up for the experience of a lifetime

Spain Placement (Standard)

This program is ideal for the solo-traveler or career ESL teacher looking for a balance between support and do-it-yourself travel-and-teach.

Spain Support (Premium)

This is our most popular program! It is great for the first-time traveler or teacher who wants community, support, and lots of adventure, allowing you to travel and fully immerse yourself in Spanish life and culture without any worries.
