Roberta Mesquita
Roberta is a linguist with expertise in Plurilingual Education and Language Teaching through educational technologies. She is experienced in content development, creation of educational products and services, such as e-learning courses, workshops, and career guidance programs. Roberta provide consulting, governance, management, and strategic direction for educational administrative organizations with a focus on pedagogical team leadership and customer experience. Currently, Robs is a director at BRAZ-TESOL - Brazil's largest association of teachers of English to speakers of other languages where she created and coordinates the EdTech Special Interest Group.
Shelynn Riel
Shélynn Riel is Bridge's Expert Series Moderator and regularly contributes articles and ELT news reports to the BridgeUniverse blog. She has served as an English language instructor for over a decade, a program coordinator in both university and community-based programs, and an English Language Fellow with the U.S. Department of State. Her interests include holistic teacher development, learner identity, and decolonial ethics in the language classroom. She is the co-creator of The Teacher Think-Aloud Podcast, which focuses on reflective practices for teachers around the world.
Fray Martin Martinez Paez
Fray is a Doctorate student in Management Sciences from the Universidad del Rosario and master's degree in education from the Universidad de la Sabana, Colombia. In recent years he has worked on issues related to the internationalization of the curriculum, academic management, innovation and quality assurance in Higher Education. His research production focuses on Colombian educational regulations and policies, particularly around the substantive functions of teaching, research and extension and in the area of academic internationalization. He is a peer evaluator for the Higher Education Quality Assurance Rooms (SACES for its acronym in Spanish) and a peer evaluator for the Colombian Network of Research Seedbeds. He is thesis director for master's programs, a consultant in curricular areas and a delegate for the creation of academic programs, participating in international conferences and presentations in the area of internationalization and academic quality. He is currently linked to the Universidad del Rosario, Colombia, in the management of the internationalization of the curriculum.
