Caprice Bailey: Caprice Bailey has a BA and MA in TESOL from BYU-Hawaii and BYU Provo respectively. She has taught English in several capacities over the past 20 years including online for BYU-Idaho’s PathwayConnect Program for eight years. Currently, Caprice is pursuing an MS degree in Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is excited to share more about her experience transitioning to online teaching and the role mental health can play in adjustment and maintenance for both teachers and their students.

Rosario Giraldez
Rosario Giraldez: Rosario Giraldez is the former Director of the Academic Department at the Alianza Cultural Uruguay-Estados Unidos where she also coordinated Teacher Education Programs, Alianza Centers, and English Programs in Schools. She is a frequent presenter at national and international events. Her main areas of interest are teacher education, evaluation and curriculum design. She holds a TEFL degree from Alianza and has taken courses in her main areas of interest at Iowa State University, Indiana University, and Hawaii Pacific University.
