Ekaterina Arshavskaya
Ekaterina Arshavskaya is an associate professor in the intensive English program (IELI) at Utah State University. She is also in charge of the international teaching assistants’ training and co-directs a pre-service language teachers' education program at USU (MSLT). Her research and teaching interests include intercultural learning, multilingual literature, computer-assisted language learning, critical pedagogy, and L2 teacher education. She is on the board of Intermountain TESOL and active in International TESOL ITA and CALL Interest Sections and most recently presented at TESOL 2022. She is a published author in the following journals: System, TESOL Journal, and Teaching Education.
Erin Shaw Hernandez
Erin Shaw Hernandez is an experienced TESOL professional with expertise ranging from teaching in the classroom to owning and operating an accredited language school. She received a MA TESOL degree from Brigham Young University, and has extensive experience in curriculum and program development, teacher training, language assessment and program marketing.
Minji Xu
Minji Xu received an MBA degree from Cambridge University in the UK and a master’s degree in education technology from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Her expertise is in designing social and collaborative learning online. She combines her experience in online learning, foreign language acquisition, and cultural tourism to make learning a foreign language fun, rigorous, and social.
