In today’s fast-paced educational landscape, English language teachers have access to an overwhelming array of professional development opportunities. However, without a strategic approach, pursuing these resources can lead to stress and burnout rather than growth. This webinar offers insights into embracing Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in a way that is both sustainable and aligned with educators’ personal and professional needs. Attendees will explore how a holistic approach to CPD can enhance their teaching practice, maintain their well-being, and build a foundation for long-term success.
