A report by the Economist Intelligence Unit states that 74% of Brazilians businesses have admitted to financial losses due to the failure to communicate cross-culturally.
However, there is hope for the future, as many young Brazilians are learning English and government programs have shown increased awareness towards the need of English proficiency.
