About Bridge 
The 2024 edition of BBELT is an online free regional conference that expands the offer of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and creates new opportunities for the ELT community in the Americas. BBELT connects teachers in an exchange of ideas and best practices to develop new skills through new ways of teaching.
What will BBELT 2024 involve?
During a 2-day programme, participants will be able to choose from 6 plenary sessions evening events, network activities, and over 60 academic presentations, forums, talks, and workshops designed to introduce the latest trends and ideas in English Language Teaching (ELT). All this, alongside a virtual exhibition of the best ELT material available involving exhibitors from the UK and the Americas.
When?
The British Council will host BBELT virtually from 1 – 2 March 2024.
Who attends?
It is a great opportunity to meet teachers, teacher educators, material writers and publishers, academics, from both the private and public sectors, researchers, language centre coordinators, heads of educational institutions, ELT decision-makers and all professionals involved in English Language Teaching.
