Workshop Summary
A compact, intensive, interactive workshop introducing to practical ways, tools and techniques of recognizing, revealing and accepting ourselves in order to meet our essence based on Philosophy and Psychology. It is inspired by the 8 Tensions Framework of Dr. Natalie Lancer, Chair of the Division of Coaching Psychology, Secretary of the British Psychological Society, my studies, work, supervision and accreditation.
