About Bridge 
As a member of Bridge’s Global Teachers team, Michelle Minnie perfectly embodies what it means to teach English in real, global contexts. Based in Durban, South Africa, she has spent over 25 years teaching the language to learners from all around the world – including South America, China, Saudi Arabia, and her home country.
With a degree in Theology and certifications in TEFL, Business English, and Pronunciation and Grammar, Michelle combines strong academic training with a true passion for teaching. She speaks English, Afrikaans, and some Chinese, which helps her connect with people from diverse backgrounds and tailor her classes to different learning styles.
