Our Bridge Platform is made up of two powerful interfaces: one designed for HR teams, and another focused on learners. The latter – the Learner Platform – was built to deliver a personalized, flexible learning experience centered on each learner’s progress.
Our technology is designed to enhance the human experience of learning. That’s why the Learner Platform combines intuitive digital tools with live classes taught by our Global Teachers, giving each learner a personalized, results-driven experience backed by measurable outcomes.
This platform serves as the central hub where each learner manages their language training program, accesses additional resources, and tracks their progress.
Key features of the Learner Platform:
Simplified class management
From their dashboard, learners can view their monthly calendar, book or reschedule classes, and access each live session directly.
They also have the option to sync their class schedule with their personal calendar to stay organized.
One-click access to live classes
Scheduled classes are displayed clearly, with details about the teacher, date, time, and course type. Learners can join with just one click or reschedule if needed.
Progress tracking
The dashboard displays the learner’s current level, both according to the CEFR and Bridge’s internal micro-level scale. It also shows completed learning hours by program (BridgeConnect, BridgeTeams, BridgePersonal), and allows learners to track their skill development, attended classes, and completed lessons.
AI-powered tools
Learners have access to tools like Conversation CoPilot, which offers extra speaking and listening practice outside the classroom, if enabled by their company. These adaptive tools reinforce what’s learned in class and promote greater autonomy in the learning process.
Mobile-friendly
The Learner Platform is optimized for all devices. Learners can access their classes, resources, and progress from their computer, tablet, or smartphone – anytime, anywhere.
Integrated support and direct communication
The platform includes direct access to our AskBridge support team, messaging with the Global Teacher, and program reminders, ensuring that every learner feels supported throughout their training journey.
